EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We would like to clarify that we do not exchange products due to errors made by the customer at the time of purchase, such as incorrect selection of sizes, colors or models. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of products after purchase confirmation.

We recommend that you review all information carefully before finalizing your order to ensure that all details are correct. Should you have any questions or require assistance during the purchase process, our customer service team is available to help.

The store team constantly invests in policies so that our customers always leave satisfied.

You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receipt.

If the customer wishes to be reimbursed, we inform that:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging. The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the same condition as it was received;
  • The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
  • We do not exchange products that are not suitable for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no error in choosing the size. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store owner to make exchanges due to the customer's regret.
  • Consumer regarding color, size, model or any other hypothesis.

IMPORTANT : We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send us an email and let us know

  • Product name;
  • Request number;
  • Email registered at the time of purchase;
  • Reason for exchange or return;
  • VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT

Once all queries regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and will refund the amount paid for the product.

REFUND METHODS

Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two statements after the return is completed by the payment gateway.

TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be made within 10 business days after confirmation of the return. TRANSFERS CANNOT BE MADE TO THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS.
